I visited the Tilamook Cheese Factory, which is a major cheddar cheese company. The most interesting part was a station in the factory labeled "metal detector" where a few of the chese blocks got kicked off of the assembly line as they cruised by at high speed. I guess this meant that metal was detected in them?

I visited an air museum that inside an old blimp hanger that had one of the planes that was used in the filming of the original Top Gun movie, lots of different trainers and cockpits that you could climb into, and a wide array of jet engines.

Similar to Crescent City, the beaches here are known for agate washing up on shore, but I didn't find any.
