I stayed in Koper one night and met up with Chris in the morning. I was expecting a small, sleepy town, but Koper was actually quite vibrant. It had new-looking buildings and palm trees lining the streets. The waterfront emplyed new-age color-changing street lamps and even a low-end cabaret.
The street intersections were all roundabouts and they all looked the same. None of the streets names were displayed and Chris and I ended up unintentionally touring the city by car before we finally figured out how to escape the maze.
